Medical needs, allergies, and mental health concerns should be communicated on the medical release form and with Brett Nance at 801-857-8084.
Food allergies and dietary needs can be communicated with Erica Low at 435-232-1381.
Tenting assignments and logistical questions can be directed to Eileen Bird at 661-993-2980.
Questions about clothing can be directed to Skye Olson at 435-757-2549. Most clothing and packing answers can be found on the Gear section of the website where you will find specific packing lists and clothing recommendations for boys and girls as well as a video about what to wear.

The trek planning committee is as follows:
Trek Chairperson (Carrie Kirk) – Oversees the planning of trek and serves as the point of contact to coordinate with the missionaries prior to trek and on the trail.
Food Committee Chair (Erica Low) –This is what makes everyone happy at the beginning and the end of the day and all the hard times in between. We will have fantastic food and anticipate keeping everyone well fed at all times.
Program Chair (Dave Low) – Help find stories, plan firesides, and set up the program on the trail. Plan the vignettes and sharing of stories on the trail.
Entertainment Committee Chair (Ashley Nance) – Dance (Hoedown), Games, Crafts, and Evening Activities (Ma’s and Pa’s will be assigned to help with this committee.)
Equipment/Logistics Committee Chair (Eileen and Brian Bird) – Transportation, Tents, Water Jugs, Head Counts, Tent Assignments, Checklists, etc. If you have equipment or contacts that may be useful please contact Eileen Bird. (Ma’s and Pa’s will be assigned to assist on this committee.)
Communication and Publicity Chair (Taryn Nicholes) – Permission Slips, Journals, Post trek video and pictures. (Ma’s and Pa’s will be assigned to assist on this committee.)
Music Chair (Miriam White) – Help with musical numbers firesides, devotionals, and music on trial and at camp. She will be recruiting as much help as possible among the youth for special musical numbers!
Health and Safety Chair (Brett Nance) – Medical disclosure forms will be filled out by parents prior to departure. Brett and Matt Olson will work to maintain the physical well being of everyone at trek.
Clothing Specialist (Skye Olson) – Answer questions and asset in the acquisition and alteration of clothing as necessary.
Ma’s and Pa’s – LOVE the youth and serve as their biggest cheerleaders at trek. They will watch out for the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the 7-8 youth that are specifically assigned to their families.
